On the 2nd day of this year, I bumped into my awesome yoga teacher Kate in Fresh Wholefoods, (our local organic shop). Kate asked me if I had a recipe for beetroot salad, so I sent her through a copy of all the beetroot salads I make, and then I thought it was time for a new one.
Hope you are all well and enjoying plenty of time getting creative in the kitchen. Filming the online cooking course that I am launching soon has got me all inspired to get back doing Facebook lives (and soon to be Instagram lives). At the moment I am doing daily cooking tips at 2.10 pm (NSW Aussie time). If that time is weird for you depending on where you are and if you are working or off social media at that time I will still post the videos over at Vegan Recipes and Meal Ideas.

Having a structure to the blog posts is working well so far (this is only week two so lets see if I can keep it up). This week I am posting a meal that I think most children will love. A child friendly meal for the whole family, I can imagine it being a regular on any menu plan.
