Vegan Cooking & Nutrition Collective

A monthly membership to help you confidently bring more plant-based food into your everyday life. Through live, guided sessions, you’ll learn to cook delicious, nourishing meals while building the knowledge to support your health.

The Live Well with Veet, plant-based cooking and nutrition collective is for you if you have decided to add more plant-based food into your diet for your health, the environment, or the animals, but you are concerned that you won’t get all the nutrients your body needs.

You will receive expert guidance and support to have you cooking with ease, love and excitement, each and every time you cook.

Your body will be feeling sensational after eating the plant-based food you cook.

In this collective, I bring the expertise of 17 years of being a chef, 23 years of being a teacher and 4 years of being trained as a nutritionist to the classes.

I also foster lots of fun in the classes, so that learning to cook is a joy and not a chore. I will help you feel super confident in the kitchen when cooking plant-based food.

 

The Living Well with Veet collective is a membership program which starts as a 6 month minimum deposit and then monthly payments beyond that. 

How the collective is set up

Monthly cook along sessions (1 hour long)
Live, with Veet and other members

Monthly skills and nutrition session (45 minutes long)
Where we meet live, and I cover kitchen skills and nutrition. This is also a space for asking nutrition questions.

All sessions will be live, so we can cook along together, in real time, and then the recording will be made accessible.

An extra recipe each month, that will also be in a library.

Access to a dedicated Facebook group, where you can ask cooking and nutrition questions daily.

LIVING WELL WITH VEET FAQS

Absolutely. This program is suitable for anyone wanting to add any amount of plant-based food into their diet, whether it is a meal a day, or week, or month. Also, if you are wanting to cook more plant-based food for members of your family.

All classes will be recorded, so you can access them within 24 hours of the class taking place.

You will receive a shopping list at least a week before the class.

You can substitute them with foods that you do like. I love flexibility in recipes. If you are not sure what to substitute them with, you can email me or ask on the Facebook group.

Then you can let me know and I will offer you an alternative recipe to cook in your own time, or I will suggest ways we can tweak the recipe so you will like it.

You can let me know and I will offer an alternative or sometimes it is ok to just leave it out.

Absolutely. All requests are welcome.

Minimal equipment is needed

Let me know in advance so we can wing it without those pieces of equipment.

You can most certainly watch without the video.

That is definitely fine. Come along, watch, and make later. Some people learn best this way.

You are in a safe place. I know how to make people feel relaxed in the kitchen. I also can have most people at least having a little chuckle when they are cooking.

Yes. All the recipes are fully vegan and even for the most seasoned cook there will be something you can learn from in the collective each time we meet.

Yes, most definitely. I am very good at teaching all levels of ability in the kitchen and I will look after you. In the library have videos on knife chopping skills and I will teach you all you need to know as we go along?
