That question sparked a lifelong curiosity about nutrition.
Over four decades of living a predominantly plant-based lifestyle
17 years working as a plant-based chef
26 years as a teacher
And 4 years practicing as a nutritionist
I’ve immersed myself in one core mission, understanding how to nourish the human body properly.

The Modules
The vegan nutrition course is a 6 month program comprising of 7 modules
- Lifespan nutrition
- Essential nutrients, macro and micronutrients
- Nutrition for longevity, prevention of illnesses and disease
- Nutrition support for health condition including chronic conditions
- Sports nutrition
- Nutrition for losing and gaining weight
- Implementation, menu planning, recipe development
How the course is structured
- The course comprises of written material delivered via the teachable portal each month which is fully downloadable and
- a 1.5 hour tutorial each month which is delivered via zoom and will be recorded and downloadable.
- There is an optional assessment task each module which you can do if you want to receive a certificate of completion.
